PURPOSE: A Li-ion secondary battery is provided to be high in discharge capacity after 40 cycles, be high in coulombic efficiency and allow the cycle to last longer. CONSTITUTION: A Li-ion secondary battery comprises; a cathode(12) equipping cathode mixtures which have conducive materials and fixing materials with a cathode collector and cathode materials generating over 4.5V, an anode(13) and an electrolyte comprising of lithium salt, lithium and fluoro compounds on the surface of the cathode collector. The lithium and fluoro compounds are lithium fluoride. The lithium salt is lithium hexafluorophosphate. The electrolyte comprises cyclic carbonate and linear carbonate. |
