PURPOSE: A precast concrete bracing assembly for remodeling and a remodeling method thereof are provided to improve lateral supporting force of an existing reinforced concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete bracing assembly(100) for remodeling comprises a PC bracing member(110), metal caps(130), and fixed frames(150). The PC bracing member is obliquely installed between columns(10) of a building. The metal caps cover both ends of the PC bracing member. The fixed frames are fixed to the columns of the building. |
