The device (10) has a medical water balloon (11) that is arranged for domestic hot water, and a heat exchanger. The balloon and the heat exchanger are placed according to a vertical axis. The balloon is equipped with a cold domestic water input (13), and a domestic hot water output (14). A single-piece unit (20) is arranged interdependent of a lower part of the balloon such that a degasification chamber (22) is directed upward. An input (25) of a three-way valve (24) is connected to a hot water output (18) of the exchanger. An independent claim is also included for an installation for combined heating of a room.
