PURPOSE: A heat-insulation material including a rigid polyurethane foam which is manufactured by using biopolyols is provided to improve physical properties. CONSTITUTION: A heat-insulation material including a rigid polyurethane foam which is manufactured by using biopolyols comprises biopolyol containing polyol ingredient, a rigid polyurethane foam which is manufactured by reacting isocyanate component with biopolyol containing polyol components. A manufacturing method of the biopolyol comprises falling stages: exchange reacting natural oil with polyfunctional active hydrogen containing compound under presence of catalyst; and adding alkylene oxide in a product of the exchange reaction. The biopolyol shows the number of trivalent or polyvalent functional groups, hydroxy value of 200-600 mg KOH/g, and viscosity(25 deg. Celsius) of 2,000-25,000 cps. |
