The framework i.e. prefabricated module, has rafters (30) articulated on punches (10) by a joint (A1) and on tie-beams (20) by another joint (A2). The punches or tie-beams are provided with a fixing unit (19) and a bolt to fix the framework on a support i.e. wall (100). The fixing unit is provided with an orientation unit to direct the framework with respect to the support to regulate slope and/or verticality of the framework. A retaining unit i.e. cable (25), is provided to prevent pivot of the punches or the tie-beams beyond a preset limiting value corresponding to a final position of use. An independent claim is also included for a method for installing a framework.
