摘要 PURPOSE: A suspension beverage using garlic powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the excellent anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant functions of garlic to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a suspension beverage using garlic powder comprises the following steps; freeze-drying the garlic, and crushing; filtering the garlic powder using a sieve of 70-110 meshes; mixing the filtered garlic powder with supplementary materials and water; homogenizing the mixture with a colloid mill, and packaging the obtained mixture after sterilizing at 70-100 deg C for 30-60 minutes; and cooling the packaged mixture after post-sterilizing the mixture at 90-110 deg C for 5-20 minutes. The supplementary material contains an oenanthe javanica seed mixed solution obtained by mixing 0.5-1.5g of oenanthe javanica seeds with 500-1,500ml of water for extracting at 70-90 deg C, and adding 0.5-1.5g of xanthan gum.
