THIS FRYING FAT COMPOSITION ENABLES THE PREPARATION OF HIGH QUALITY FRIED FOODSTUFFS USING SHORTENED FRYING TIMES. BY DECREASING FRYING TIMES, ACRYLAMIDE CONTENT OF THE FINAL FRIED PRODUCT CAN BE REDUCED SUBSTANTIALLY.?
