The device has a heating body (1) associated with an electrical resistor, and defining a chamber (15) into which a fluid i.e. water flows, where the chamber is provided with an inlet opening (16) for input of the water, and an outlet opening (17) for the output of heated water. The chamber is bounded by a particular wall (13) that is wound in spiral, so that the chamber has a flat spiral shape. The inlet opening is located in a central region of the spiral, and the outlet opening is located in the peripheral region of the spiral.
