The device (28) has a set of calibrated longitudinal elements i.e. steel blades (42, 44, 46, 48), that is intended to be installed on an element of a deformable structure i.e. arch element. Each of the elements includes two opposite ends (50, 52) and a central part (51). The longitudinal elements are arranged in parallel between opposite parts (30, 32) or parallel arms (34, 36) on the deformable structure such that the ends of the longitudinal elements are anchored in two opposite parts.
