<p>An air valve dedicated for use in a deburring machine negative-pressure conveyor platform, an automatic control method therefor, a vacuum working platform (8) applying the air valve, and a deburring machine comprising the vacuum working platform (8). The air valve (7) is an air valve that is dedicated for use in the deburring machine negative-pressure conveyor platform, opened when a negative pressure air suction hole on the deburring machine negative pressure conveyor platform is covered by a workpiece, and closed when the workpiece is absent. Arranged at a junction of an upper valve body (1) and a lower valve body (3) is a flexible valve core piece (2) used for closing a passage between an upper valve body cavity and a lower valve body cavity, where the flexible valve core piece (2), when not in working state, remains in a perpetually opened state. The air valve solves the problem of vacuum suction automatic distribution, uses a negative pressure airflow of self to implement automatic opening or closing of the negative pressure air suction hole in the deburring machine negative-pressure conveyor platform, has the advantages of a simple structure, automatic control with ease, reliable automatic control, and great effects, and increases the force of vacuum suction on the workpiece, thus allowing for extended range of workpiece processing, facilitated processing of small workpieces, reduced energy consumption, and reduced processing costs.</p> |
