摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The arrangement has eight sampling probes (2) projecting into a process gas flow for isokinetic sampling of a partial volume flow, where the process gas flow is fed into a main pipeline (1). A mixture of inert gas (19) is delivered into the probes within the main pipeline. A pipeline (7) of the probes is guided into a filter (3). A solid content in the process gas flow is determined according to a proportion of a gas volume and a difference weight of the filter. The inert gas includes water-free characteristics and a same temperature as a process gas. Sampling lines are merged together. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Arrangement for gravimetric measurement of solid content i.e. dust content, in a pressurized, heated, turbulent, steam-saturated process gas flow of a raw gas produced by a gasification device to control particle emissions in gases. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The solid content in the process gas flow is determined according to the proportion of the gas volume and the difference weight of the filter, thus avoiding condensation problems. The sampling lines are merged together, thus enabling simple, optimized, quick, consistent, continuous and expenditure-less determination of the solid content of the pressurized, heated, turbulent, steam-saturated gas mixture with a low explosion limit in air and water droplet proportions in any number of measuring positions in a single measuring process.
