<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for preventing contamination of a clean room, apparatuses and tools existing in the clean room by bacteria in a stretching blow molding apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The blow molding apparatus 4 is provided with two or more blow molding stations 23 having a blow metal die carrier 22 for holding blow metal dies 30, 48, a clean room 15 for arranging or conveying the blow molding station under an aseptic condition and a carrying-in access section 40 to the clean room for attaching components 30, 48 of the blow molding station to the blow metal die carrier. Thus a premolding 5 made of a plastic material is molded to a container 6 made of the plastic material by the blow molding apparatus 4.
