WASTEWATER RECOVERY SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater recovery system capable of reusing much more water while securing the safety of water to be used for sterilization treatment or the like.

SOLUTION: There is provided a wastewater recovery system 1 connected to a sterilization unit 2 which introduces vapor or a warm water into a material to be treated to perform the preheating and sterilization treatments of the material sequentially and then introduces a cooling water to cool the material, and recovering the wastewater W1 discharged from the sterilization unit 2. The system comprises: a wastewater line L1 for circulating the wastewater W1; a wastewater temperature detector 3 for detecting the temperature of the wastewater W1; an out-of-system discharging line L2; a recovery line L3; the flow destination switches 4 and 5 for switching the flow destination of the wastewater W1 to the line L2 or L3; and a flow destination switch controller 7 for controlling the switches 4 and 5 to switch the flow destination of the wastewater W1 to the line L2 or L3 on the basis of a reference temperature Tbset with respect to the temperature of the wastewter W1 detected by the wastewater temperature detector 3.
