<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate electricity charge for contributing to the suppression of a use power by a user in the peak of a power demand, and for contributing to the reduction of the electricity charge of the user. <P>SOLUTION: Exclusive part power measurement units 11a to 11n are configured as exclusive parts for receiving a power to be supplied from a power supplier for each individual user for measuring an exclusive part use electric energy in each time zone by applying time information to an electric energy used by a user. Shared part power measurement units 12a to 12m are configured as shared parts to be shared by a plurality of users for receiving a power for measuring a shared part use electric energy in each time zone by applying user information and time information to the electric energy used by the user. An arithmetic part 16 is configured to, on the basis of the exclusive part use electric energy measured by the exclusive part power measurement units 11a to 11n and the shared part use electric energy measured by the shared part power measurement units 12a to 12m, tabulate the total use electric energy used by each user with the exclusive part and shared part in each time zone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
