<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility waiting time service system and a program capable of effectively providing an information service desired by a customer during a waiting time of the customer in a service provision facility. <P>SOLUTION: Reservation acceptance means 101 of a beauty parlor management server 10 accepts a reservation of a service for a customer in a beauty parlor. Information service request acceptance means 102 accepts a request for information service provision in a waiting time of the customer in the beauty parlor. Service content acceptance means 103 accepts service content request information that shows the content of an information service desired by the customer. Service download means 104 downloads the content for providing the information service accepted by the service content acceptance means 103 from an information service distribution server 40.
