<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a measuring function that has a simple structure and can surely measure contents by simple operation and stably take out only a measured portion without soiling a hand. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging bag 100 with the measuring function includes a bag body 10 formed with a storage chamber 13 by providing peripheral edge seal parts 12 at mutual peripheral edges of films facing each other to form a sidewall 11, and a spout 20 provided in the bag body 10. The storage chamber 13 includes a measuring chamber 14 reaching the spout 20; a main chamber 16 adjoining the measuring chamber 14 with a partition seal part 15 placed between; and a passage 17 allowing the flow of contents between the measuring chamber 14 and the main chamber 16.
