<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user terminal, not having each individual IP multimedia subsystem subscription, available to an IP multimedia subsystem service. <P>SOLUTION: A wildcard public user identity or a public user identity subdomain, indicating the range of public user identity, is included in an implicit registration set defined for subscription.
