<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle detector that performs particle detection with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A particle detector is a device that detects particles derived from living organisms. The particle detector comprises: a collection part 20 for collecting particles to a collection substrate 71; a fluorescence detecting part 30 for irradiating particles collected to the collection substrate 71 with excitation light and for receiving fluorescent light emitted from the particles; and a cleaning part 50 for removing the particles from the collection substrate 71 in a refresh position, which is separated from a collecting and heating position where particles are collected to the collection substrate 71 by the collection part 20 and a detecting position where fluorescent light is received by the fluorescence detecting part 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
