<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide consumers with a hair dyeing agent which provides a desired high level of lift and lightening, and simultaneously, achieves improvement in color to be provided, hair damage reduction, and reduction of irritation to the skin and scalp while reducing the smell, and also, which is effective for a period of time shorter than the application time of currently available products and can be used as a part of the periodic behavior of consumers to maintain their beauty. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method for rapidly and oxidatively dyeing or bleaching the hair within a period of less than 20 minutes which includes the following respective processes: (i) supplying a composition comprising specific components (here, the composition has a pH of from 8.4 to 9.5); (ii) applying the composition onto the hair and retaining it on the hair for a period of less than 20 minutes; and subsequently, (iii) rinsing the composition from the hair with water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
