<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bush cutter facilitating the attachment and detachment of a battery pack. <P>SOLUTION: The bush cutter is equipped with an operation rod, a cutting blade unit installed in the front terminal of the operation rod, and a body unit installed in the rear terminal of the operation rod. A cutting blade is supported rotatably by the cutting blade unit which is driven by a motor. A battery pack-attaching part for slidably receiving the battery pack for supplying electric power to the motor is formed in the body unit.
