BASE STATION DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station device and a communication control method, capable of appropriately performing scheduling processing in an LTE uplink and determination processing of a transmission format in an AMC.

SOLUTION: The base station device performing communication using an uplink channel shared with a user device includes: coefficient calculation means for calculating a coefficient indicative of a priority order for allocating a radio resource to the user device; and user selection means for selecting the user device to which the radio resource is allocated according to the coefficient. The coefficient calculation means calculates the coefficient on the basis of at least one of: data priority class; reference signal radio quality transmitted from the user device; a time length in which the shared channel is not allocated; whether or not a scheduling request is received; allocation frequency; average transmission speed; target transmission speed; and whether or not in reception timing in a mode for measuring a cell of a different frequency.
