<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that, in the manufacturing of a resin composite molded body by means of a double-layer molding method, even if using a crystalline thermoplastic resin, it is possible to sufficiently increase a degree of the crystallization of the crystalline thermoplastic resin without heat treatment on the resin composite molded body while increasing adhesion between a primary molded body and a secondary molded body. <P>SOLUTION: The primary molded body for use in double-layer molding is produced using an insulated runner die having an insulating layer manufactured on a part of a cavity surface under conditions with a die temperature of no higher than a cold crystallization temperature (T<SB POS="POST">c1</SB>)-10°C of the crystalline resin configuring the primary molded body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
