摘要 [Problem] To minimize an increase in the number of components (the number of current-limiting resistors). [Solution] A charger in an electrical storage system supplies electric power from an external electric power source to an electrical storage device as well as supplies the electric power in the electrical storage device to an external device. A first system main relay and a second system main relay allow the positive electrode terminal and negative electrode terminal of the electrical storage device to connect to a load respectively. A third system main relay is connected in series with a current-limiting resistor while being connected in parallel with the first system main relay together with the current-limiting resistor. A first charging relay and a second charging relay allow the positive electrode terminal and negative electrode terminal of the electrical storage device to connect to the charger respectively. A third charging relay is connected in series with the above-mentioned current-limiting resistor while being connected in parallel with the first charging relay together with the current-limiting resistor.
