摘要 The invention relates to electrical equipment that stores the energy generated by electrical transients, the equipment being formed with the following minimum values, placing, in parallel, a capacitor of 30 muF, 500 KVAR, 6640 V, with a BIL of 150 kV, its terminals having insulating hubs of the value of the BIL, without any of the terminals being connected to the housing of the electrical capacitor. A connection is created to an electrical resistance having a value of less than 1 Omega, without a protection fuse when used for electrical protection against electrical radiation, short circuits, or electrical transients. When the equipment is used for the generation of electricity and floating and portable earths, the electrical resistance can have values equal to or higher than 1 Omega. When the value of the electrical power is increased to values higher than 500 KVAR, maintaining the value of the electrical voltage and its BIL constant, more electrical energy is stored. In specific cases, the power, voltage and BIL can be increased. The equipment is used as a floating and portable earth, storing the electrical energy generated by mechanical systems having electrical loads generated by friction; and from electrical short circuits, or transients, when connected in a floating form in relation to the electrical circuit and the physical earth to be protected.
