The present invention relates to a fusion protein resulting from the bonding of a cancer-specific antibody and a vasculogenesis suppressing agent, and relates to a composition for treating cancer comprising same. More specifically, in the present invention it is preferable that the cancer-specific antibody is trastuzumab or a fragment thereof, and the vasculogenesis suppressing agent is a VEGF-Trap. When the fusion protein according to the present invention is used, there are advantages in that vasculogenesis and cancer cell growth can be effectively suppressed even at lower doses than with trastuzumab or a VEGF-Trap, and side effects can also be minimised.
