Disclosed are an NFC mobile terminal and an NFC mobile phone, including an NFC chip, a key, and a monostable trigger circuit. The key is connected to the NFC chip via the monostable trigger circuit and further used for starting up the NFC function of the NFC mobile terminal when the NFC terminal is shut down. The present invention reduces the electricity consumption of the NFC chip when the mobile terminal is shut down by using a key to trigger the start-up of the NFC function when the NFC mobile terminal is shut down and close the NFC function when the mobile terminal is shut down.
