Disclosed are an inter-cell resource coordination method and device. By applying the technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention, resource scheduling and protection resource block reservation are performed according to the acquired resource scheduling information and up/downlink configuration information about a surrounding cell, so that an adjacent cell can select a suitable resource allocation manner, suppressing inter-cell interference, especially up/downlink signal interference.
