Among other things, the present disclosure provides systems and reagents for identification, characterization and/or targeting of pan-endothelial cell markers. In certain aspects, the present invention concerns methods and compositions for in vivo and in vitro targeting of endothelial targets. In particular aspects, the targeting agents may be used for targeted delivery of therapeutic or imaging agents.
