The size of portions 31p that are included in joining depressions 31 and do not contribute to joining is reduced. A layered body of sheet-like members includes: a first sheet-like member 11 that includes a plurality of through holes 12 having a same longitudinal direction; a second sheet-like member 21 on which the first sheet-like member 11 is placed; and a plurality of joining depressions 31 that are formed in at least either one of the first sheet-like member 11 and the second sheet-like member 21, and that joins the first sheet-like member 11 and the second sheet-like member 21 to each other, a longitudinal direction of each of the joining depressions 31 slanting with respect to the longitudinal direction of the through holes 12.
