ETHYLENE-PROPYLENE-DIENE RUBBER FOAM AND SEALING MATERIAL

摘要

This ethylene-propylene-diene rubber foam results from foaming a rubber composition containing an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber. After compressing by 50% for 22 hours at 80°C and being released at 23°C, after 24 hours the permanent compression set is no greater than 30%. The sulfur atom content calculated on the basis of the measurement results of fluorescence x-ray measurement is no greater than 1000 ppm by mass.
