The device (50) has a microphone assembly (15) comprising two microphones (11) i.e. round microphones, and arranged at a base plate (10) such that a seat cushion (14) is arranged over the microphone assembly and provided for accommodating a switching circuit device (18) i.e. hybrid circuit device. The seat cushion is partially formed by the assembly and the base plate. An actuating element is partially arranged adjacent to and under the seat cushion, and arranged between the microphones, where overall height of the microphones is smaller than or equal to overall height of the base plate.
