<p>The device has a storing chamber, which has a cylindrical outer wall (2) rotatable around a vertical axis with a large diameter than height. The goods (4) lie on a base of the storing chamber. The storing chamber is divided in two or multiple sector-shaped storing chambers for containing the products. The top of the storing chamber is covered by a partially transparent cover plate (6). An opening is formed in the cover plate, where an elongated tool (8) is inserted through the opening. The goods are manipulated to an output port by the elongated tool.</p>
