摘要 <p>[Problem] To provide a vehicle air-conditioning device capable of reducing operating noise of air-conditioning device components in an environment where the air-conditioning noise is easily noticed. [Solution] This vehicle air-conditioning device is provided with: a vapor compression refrigeration cycle (10) for adjusting the temperature of air to be blown into the vehicle interior, said refrigeration cycle being configured with the inclusion of a compressor (11) for compressing and discharging a refrigerant; a discharge capacity control means (50a) for controlling the refrigerant discharge capacity of the compressor (11); an upper limit value determination means (S118) for determining an upper limit value (IVOmax) for the refrigerant discharge capacity; and a shift position sensor (58) for determining a shift position of a shifting device of the vehicle. The shifting device has, as shift positions, forward ranges for causing the vehicle to move forward and ranges other than the forward ranges. If the shift position sensor (58) determines that the shift position has been moved to a range other than the forward ranges, the upper limit value determination means (S118) sets the upper limit value (IVOmax) lower than when the shift position sensor (58) determines that the shift position has been moved to a forward range.</p>
