<p>The present invention relates to a method for accelerating and improving the transfer of at least one solvent, occluded in a solid, semi-solid or liquid matrix, to a gaseous medium at an absolute pressure equal to or greater than 0.5 atm and at a temperature equal to or less than 15ºC, which is characterized in that it comprises the application of a high-intensity ultrasonic field, equal to or greater than 150 dB. A further subject matter of the invention is the device for implementing said method and the use thereof in the agrifoodstuff, chemical, cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical field.</p> |
