PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for fabricating the same are provided to easily control a process without using a source for a light absorption layer. CONSTITUTION: An alloy electrode layer(200) including I group element is formed on a support substrate(100). The I group element includes copper, silver, and gold. A light absorption layer(300) is formed on the alloy electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) is formed on the light absorption layer. A high resistance buffer layer(500) is formed on the buffer layer. A front electrode layer(600) is formed on the high resistance buffer layer. |
