PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a heating board is provided to improve the productivity of heating boards by performing electric treatments with a power supply instead of high-temperature oven equipment. CONSTITUTION: A dispersion liquid with nanoparticles dispersed in a solvent is coated on a first side of a base(10) having a first side and a second side. A nanoparticle layer is formed at a part of the region on the first side of the base by removing the solvent of the dispersion liquid. A feeding part is formed at the upper part of the nanoparticle layer. A heating layer(11), where the nanoparticles are mutually necked by being applied with a predetermined voltage to the feeding part for a predetermined period of time, is formed. A protective layer(12) protecting the heating layer is formed.
