An anti-falling device of a rope descending device comprises a rope grasping device (7) and a rope lifting part (6) disposed on a machine body (1). The rope grasping device (7) mainly comprises a locking part (7.1) sleeved on an outlet rope of the descending device, an anti-falling rope (7.2), and a snapping part (7.3) fixedly connected to a safety belt of a human body. The rope lifting part (6) is disposed at a rope outlet of the machine body over the human body and is higher than the position of the locking part (7.1) sliding downwards. The locking part (7.1) is in a state of being lifted upwards. When an accident occurs, the rope grasping device (7) is fastened and fixed on a lifesaving rope, thereby effectively preventing the human body from falling suddenly.
