<p>Abstract Nextrainer Body StabilizerMechanically complex machines are widely available and are technically advanced enough to assist and maintain the correct posture. Each of these machines is dedicated for only one exercise; they are heavy, larger in size, not at all easy to assemble and high in maintenance. Low cost exercisers available are mostly complex in actions and do not provide the liberty to perform more than two different workouts. An exercise in which body entirely moves but equipment remains stationary, proved to be efficient in muscular strength and endurance i.e. swimming, push ups and sit ups. Enhancing the same mechanism Nextrainer develops simplest yet efficient exerciser called Nextrainer Body Stabilizer, this innovatory exerciser is designed and produced in Singapore by personal trainer and medical doctor team. The duo invented the most effective exercise system to compliment the invention claiming greater results in time endowed, they named as TX20 exercise system.Figure 8, figure 9</p> |
