<p>A metal-ligand complex comprising a transition metal complexed with at least one Schiff base ligand comprising an additional nitrogen atom from a heterocycle and at least one heteroaromatic nucleic acid intercalating moiety. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound in admixture with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier togther with use of the compound in the treatment of cancer, macular degeneration, human papilloma virus (HPV) warts and a skin disorder is also provided.</p> |
