<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reading voltage to be increased without adding a new power supply. <P>SOLUTION: In a solid-state image sensor, a voltage obtained by superimposing an output pulse of a predetermined pulse generation circuit on a predetermined power supply voltage is applied as a reading voltage that is a driving voltage in reading a signal charge obtained by a photoelectric conversion element.
