<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter which can be made compact, and to provide a shutter aggregate. <P>SOLUTION: A shutter device 1 can switch open state and closed state. The shutter device 1 comprises electromagnets 31, 32 including core materials 311, 321 composed of a magnetic material and coils 312, 322 wound around the core materials 311, 321, a moving body 2 disposed on the outside of the coils 312, 322 so as to face one end of the core materials 311, 321 and moves in a direction approaching the electromagnets 31, 32 or a direction receding therefrom by action of a magnetic force generated from the electromagnets 31, 32, and a shutter 4 supported by the moving body 2 and extending in the direction of movement of the moving body 2.
