<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath material of a lithium-ion battery, which can simultaneously achieve maintenance of formability, film-thinning, improvement of radiation performance and addition of acid resistance, and to provide a lithium-ion battery using the sheath material. <P>SOLUTION: The sheath material of the lithium-ion battery comprises a formed member having a concave portion formed through at least cold-forming and a sealing member that seals an opening of the concave portion. The formed member is formed of a multilayer film for the formed member, which has a laminated structure formed by sequentially laminating a substrate layer A1, an adhesion layer B1, an aluminum foil layer C1, a corrosion prevention treatment layer D1, an adhesion layer E1 and a heat seal layer F1. The sealing member is formed of a multilayer film for the sealing member, which has a laminated structure formed by sequentially laminating a substrate layer A2, an adhesion layer B2, a metal foil layer C2, a corrosion prevention treatment layer D2, an adhesion layer E2 and a heat seal layer F2. At least the substrate layer A1 has a single layer or multilayer structure including a stretched polyamide film, and the substrate layer A2 has a single layer or multilayer structure which does not include a stretched polyamide film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
