<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To peel off and remove suspension components adhered or deposited to the surface of hollow fibers without influencing the filtration performance thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In a filtration apparatus, multiple hollow fibers are immersed in a liquid to be treated which contains a suspended ingredient to cause the liquid to undergo solid/liquid separation and a treated liquid to permeate. The apparatus comprises the twofold hollow fibers; a treated liquid collection unit communicating with one end of an opening side of hollow fibers; a holding material which holds the folding parts on the other end of the hollow fibers while leaving a space; and a gas ejector for ejecting a cleaning gas toward the end of the opening side from the other end side of the hollow fibers. A bar-like or plate-like rod is used as the holding material. The twofold hollow fibers are arranged in parallel like a blind, and the folding parts are held by passing through the holding material between the facing both side parts of the folding parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
