<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear surface protection sheet for a thin film solar cell which is light-weight and achieves low cost without impairing the productivity and various performances, and to provide a thin film solar cell module which uses the rear surface protection sheet for the thin film solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: In a rear surface protection sheet for a thin film solar cell of the thin film solar cell which is composed of a thin film photoelectric conversion element and lead wires connecting the thin film photoelectric conversion element, a sealing material layer, in which a thickness of a portion, facing a planar region of the thin film photoelectric conversion element, is 10 to 200 μm and thicknesses of portions, facing planar surfaces of the lead wires, are 50 to 500 μm, is provided on one surface of a weather resistance base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
