<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container to which a small information-recording medium with a sufficient storage capacity is attached, which enables the information-recording medium to be taken out without opening the packaging container, and is easily recycled. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging container includes a carton wherein its opening-surface wall is formed with one or more external flaps, and one or more internal flaps are provided in the inside of the opening-surface wall.
