<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base tread rubber composition for a winter tire, which is excellent in durability and by which an on-ice performance can be improved; and to provide a winter tire. <P>SOLUTION: The base tread rubber composition for the winter tire comprises 1 to 50 pts.mass of coal-pitch carbon fiber based on 100 pts.mass of a rubber composition, wherein the carbon fiber has thermal conductivity of 100 W/m K or larger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
