<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ready made ear hole type hearing aid which eliminates muffled sense when being wore without closing an external acoustic meatus and reduces oppressive feeling and discomfort. <P>SOLUTION: A ready made ear hole type hearing aid 1 is wore without closing an external acoustic meatus and is composed of: a case body 2; an insertion part 3 forming a substantially L shape with the case body 2; and a tip sound conductive hanging part 4 attached to a tip of the insertion part 3. A part of the case body 2 contacts with and is accommodated in a cavity of concha 11, and the tip sound conductive hanging part 4 is hung on a protruding part 16a of a first curve 16 of the external acoustic meatus 15.
