ORGANIC THIN FILM SOLAR CELL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film solar cell in which a trifluoro-ethoxy substituted phthalocyanine compound is used for a photoelectric conversion layer.

SOLUTION: Formation of a photoelectric conversion layer of an organic thin film solar cell by a wet process can be achieved by using a phthalocyanine compound improved in solubility by adding a trifluoro-ethoxy substituent to phthalocyanine with which a thin film is formed generally by a vacuum deposition method. Further, conversion efficiency can be improved by combining a conductive polymer.
