<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball unit for conveyance which is easily mounted on/demounted from a mount object. <P>SOLUTION: A stopper 24 includes: a base part 26 provided on the flange part 16B of a receiving member 16; extension parts 30 perpendicularly extending from the base part 26; and locking parts 32 obliquely bent from the extension parts 30 to the base part 26. Each locking part 32 is bent in a nearly V shape with reference to the extension part 30, and when the load is applied to the locking part 32, the locking part 32 generates a reaction force and an energizing force. As a result, the ball unit 10 for conveyance is fixed to the mount object W with the energizing force of the locking parts 32 only by fitting the locking parts 32 of the stopper 24 into a mounting hole W1. Meanwhile, The demounting of the unit 10 is achieved only by pushing or pulling the locking parts 32 out of the mounting hole W1 against the energizing force of the locking parts 32. That is, the mounting/demounting of the unit 10 on/from the mount object W is facilitated, then, quick, easy mounting/demounting is achieved, consequently, the work efficiency is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
