The invention relates to a package (1) that has a screw closure (2) comprising a neck (7) and a closing cap (9) with a side wall (10). The neck (7) has a first section (14) with a first diameter (15) and a second section (17) with a second diameter (18), the first diameter (15) being smaller than the second diameter (18). The second section (17) is closer than the first section (14) to a packing volume. The closing cap (9) has a sealing ring (23) which runs circumferentially, approximately parallel to and at a spacing from said side wall (10), and in an inwardly offset manner, said ring comprising a sealing bead (26). When the screw closure (2) is closed, this sealing ring (23) extends beyond the first section (14) of the neck (7), in the direction of the packing volume, such that it at least partially reaches into the second section (17) of the neck (7). The invention additionally relates to a screw closure (2), a closing cap (9), and to a method for producing such a screw closure (2). |
